23 Designs worked with Phase 3 to create these incredible renderings of the entire Piedmont House Apartment building. It was awesome to visit the work site and explore the area before the building was complete. We shot back-plates with a drone and captured both day light and the lights of the city at night. Phase 3 then look these images and used them to create a new website enticing people to rent in this incredible building before it was even finished. It was invaluable for them to use these renderings because it was very difficult to envision the property before it was complete.
From the Lobby to the Pool, we did renderings for the entire building. We worked with Wood Partners to help make sure the interior renderings were accurate to exactly how the renderings will look when everything is finished. The finest details were added to help make them seem to look like real photography. Advanced lighting techniques were used to emulate actual lighting throughout the building during different times of the day. In the end, the client loved the renderings were considered a huge success.
