The "voice" you give yourself is as important as how you are "seen" - While some might think their little kids leaving the call back message is adorable, or leaving a goofy "inside joke" type of message is funny - It can really be a turnoff to a business looking for a "professional". I believe it now goes the same way with pictures and use of language online - Where we used to only heard now we are also seen - not always in the most favorable of lights. Some things are just not meant to be seen (i.e. Mexico/Donkey - thank you for sparing us).
